Being a patient of Dr. Farahi over the past 20 years has been an absolute joy! He’s so personable and takes the time to actually get to know his patients. The facility is always clean and the staff is incredibly sweet! I can truly say that I love this place and would recommend it to anyone in need of an amazing dentist!!
Dr. Fred Farahi is one of the best dentists in NoVa. I had a pleasant experience every single time at their office. The dental assistants are super caring and friendly.
I have been a patient with Dr. Farahi and Dr. Etessam for a while now. They are the best Dentists I have ever seen! Dr. Farahi does a great job with veneers and crowns; they look so natural. He gave me a great smile. Dr. Etessam is great with small children. She is gentle and professional taking great care of my children. They love going to the dentist. They get to pick out their own movie and visit the prize box afterward. Top-notch staff and very clean, relaxing atmosphere.
Fantastic dentist! Great for kids too - my 4 and 2-year-old love going! Highly recommend this office to anyone in the McLean area.

I brought my son to this practice for his first dental appointment at age 3. It wasn't long before I switched to this practice even though my dentist at the time was close to my work. I have had both regular cleanings and some major reconstructive work here. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Etessam, Dr. Farahi, and their staff.
Dr. Farahi, his office staff, Dental Assistants, and Hygienist have taken great care, and offered the very best dental services for myself and my family for over a decade. We are always greeted in a both professional and personal manner, and every effort is made to accommodate our schedules. Parking is free, and there are always available spaces. The dental equipment is updated regularly for a modern and painless dental experience. The office is bright and clean, and each chair has a window view. Highly Recommended.
One of the most talented and compassionate doctors I've ever met. I have visited many dental offices and never experienced exceptional service from everyone who works in the office. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Farahi takes you through every step of the procedure, his work is outstanding. If you need a dentist's office then this is the place.
Dr. Farahi and Dr. Etessam are top-notch dentists. My children have been seeing Dr. Etessam for years now and look forward to their checkups. I no longer have to struggle to get them there. Dr. Farahi and his hygienist are fabulous and very thorough. The entire staff at this office are very caring and professional. I would and have recommended my friends and family to Dr. Farahi and Dr. Etessam! Two thumbs up!!
Great dentist. He works hard and shows results. I needed cosmetic work and visited multiple places. My front teeth were in very bad cosmetic shape so I did not expect perfection. But perfection is what I got which is why after I was asked to review him, I am doing so.
We love Dr. Etesam and the team! They are super great, professional, wonderful people. We feel like family :)
